Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Conditions

  • Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase confirmation, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • If the order has already been dispatched or the 24-hour period has passed, cancellation is no longer available. Customers may wait for delivery and then submit a return request in accordance with the store’s return procedure.
  • Products made to order or customised according to customer specifications cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed.

A return shipping label is included inside the package upon delivery.

2. Cancellation Request Procedure

To request a cancellation, customers must:

Submit a written request via email within the specified time frame, including the order number and relevant details.

Wait for confirmation from customer support, which will verify whether cancellation is possible.

Receive confirmation of cancellation or, if the order has already been dispatched, receive instructions for the return process.

3. Refund Processing

Once a cancellation request is approved, or after the returned product has been received and verified, the refund will be processed accordingly.

Refunds are generally processed within 2–5 business days after cancellation confirmation or return verification.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Processing times for funds to appear may vary depending on the payment provider.
