Delivery services are available exclusively within Australia.

All orders placed through the website are fulfilled by selected logistics providers operating within Australia.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are applied as follows:

Orders below AUD 125 incur a shipping fee of AUD 7.
Orders of AUD 125 or above qualify for free shipping within Australia.

3. Order Processing

After payment is successfully completed, orders are typically processed within 3–6 business days.

Order processing begins only after full payment verification has been completed.

Processing Cut-Off Time:

Once processing is completed, the order will be handed over to the courier for dispatch.

4. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 7–9 business days within Australia.

A shipping confirmation email including tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Any delivery delays will be monitored and followed up accordingly.

5. Applicable Taxes

All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
